Refund Policy

Melosy starts with a 7-day free trial: you use the full system without paying anything. The first charge only happens after the trial.

Once the first charge is made, you still have 7 (seven) days, counted from the date of that charge, to request a full refund, for any reason.

In practice: you have up to 14 days to get to know Melosy risk-free — 7 days of free trial + 7 days of guarantee after the first charge.

How to request: 1) Send an e-mail to support@melosy.io with the subject "Request Refund"; 2) Provide the e-mail of your Melosy account; 3) The full refund is processed within 5 (five) business days, through the same payment method (the time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on the card issuer).

With the refund, the subscription is terminated and access to the system is suspended.

— Cancellation can be done at any time and prevents new charges;

— There is no proportional (pro-rata) refund of periods already paid — you keep access until the end of the contracted period;

— Your data follows the retention rule of the Terms of Use (clauses 7 and 12): 90 days to reactivate or request export from support.

1) Go to Settings → Subscription in the Melosy panel; 2) Click "Cancel Subscription"; 3) Done — there will be no new charges, and access remains until the end of the period already paid.

— Renewals: the guarantee applies to the first charge of new subscribers; subsequent fees are not refundable (just cancel before renewal);

— Re-subscriptions: those who have already used the guarantee in a previous subscription;

— Charges for excess tax documents already issued (clause 4.5 of the Terms of Use).
